Ticket Information

When you purchase your ticket, you will receive an order confirmation email. We use this to register your name and email address. 

Later on you will receive an email from the organiser, Emerald Studio, with a short form to verify you are a jewellery professional or student. You will be asked to provide evidence such as a functional business website, jewellery course enrolment, job title and workplace, Instagram or Facebook Page. 

If you have a normal Day ticket and instead would like to upgrade to a VIP ticket - you certainly can! Please email Emma on emma@emeraldstudio.co.uk for an upgrade code.

If you have purchased a VIP ticket - you will receive an email with a code for discounts on workshops.
